JWS Marine Services repairs, restores and maintains sailing yachts, motor cruisers and classic wooden boats from our 3,000 sq ft undercover workshop at Southsea Marina, Portsmouth. Owners across the Solent and the South Coast come to us for GRP repairs, osmosis treatment, Coppercoat, resprays, shipwright work and insurance repairs.
Because we work undercover, the weather doesn’t hold jobs up and we can control temperature and cleanliness for epoxy, Coppercoat and spray work.

- Osmosis treatment using Hot-Vac cure: a full treatment of at least six weeks in our workshop, with surveyor oversight available.
- GRP and gel coat repairs: from scratches and star crazing to impact holes, with careful colour matching.
- Coppercoat antifouling: long-lasting, solvent-free epoxy with 99% pure copper, applied indoors.
- Insurance repairs: fair, detailed quotes for insurers and surveyors.
- Shipwright and carpentry work: planking, caulking, teak decks and bespoke joinery.
- Wooden and GRP refits and restorations: from minor work to full restorations.
- Spray application: hull, topside, line and mast resprays in Awlcraft 2000.
